The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd (PSPC) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive project involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of industrial cooling towers. The scope of work is divided into three primary components: the procurement of high-efficiency cooling towers, the hiring of professional services for the fabrication and installation of Mild Steel (MS) pipelines, and the provision of technical services for commissioning, training, and test runs. This critical infrastructure project at the PSPC facility requires specialized expertise in mechanical engineering and industrial cooling systems. Potential bidders are mandatory required to visit the site at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, to fully understand the scope and technical constraints before submission. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and demonstrate experience in large-scale industrial HVAC or cooling installations. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system by 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026."
