The Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH) in Lahore invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various dietary items for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of supply includes essential food groups such as poultry (chicken), meat (beef), fresh vegetables, fruits, and dry rations required for the facility's inpatient nutrition programs. This procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure to ensure high standards of food safety and quality. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab Food Authority (PFA), maintaining valid licenses for the specific brands or items quoted. Additionally, firms must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders are required to demonstrate a stable financial turnover and a proven track record of supplying dietary items to government hospitals or similar institutions over the last five years. Interested suppliers must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal on or before 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026."
