Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Teaching Institute at Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital, a project of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department established to strengthen child healthcare in the public sector, invites electronic bids for 21 separate supply and outsourced service tenders through the EPADS system for the fiscal year 2026–27. The procurements span hospital signages, stationery, sanitary items, printing materials, toners, disposables, housekeeping and sterilization consumables, hardware, CSSD consumables, biomedical accessories, bedding and linen, security outsourcing, liquid oxygen and gas cylinders, electrical items, conservancy and janitorial services, infectious waste management, IT equipment, patient queue management systems, fire safety equipment, and surgical instruments for operation theatres. For non-consulting services, firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Rule 37-A of the KP Public Procurement Rules 2014. Scan copies of bid security must accompany electronic submissions, while original bank drafts or cash deposit receipts must reach the Project Director's office by the closing deadline. Bids accompanied by pay orders shall be rejected. All applicable government taxes including income tax, stamp duty, professional tax and KPRA levies will be charged as per applicable rules.
