Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rahim Yar Khan invites framework tenders for repair and rehabilitation of the disposal station in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab for the financial year 2026-2027. The estimated contract value is Rs. 56.174 Million with an earnest money deposit of Rs. 2.8087 Million (5% of estimated cost). The framework contract shall remain valid from the date of work order issuance until 30th June, 2027, with work to be executed as per actual site requirements within the stipulated period. The procuring agency reserves the right to issue work orders partially, fully, or not at all depending on fund availability and operational requirements in Rahim Yar Khan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category with valid licence for 2026-27. Digital bid security of 5% of estimated bid cost must be submitted in favour of the Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan (NTN No. 9024016-4) and verified through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bidders must quote rates against each line item of the DNIT instead of percentage, and submit bids using the department-approved DNIT template with necessary approvals and signatures. The tender follows the Revised Contract Form of PPRA for execution of work with current PPRA Rules and amendments strictly enforced.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx before 17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the office of the Deputy Director (Engineering), WASA Rahim Yar Khan at Club Road near Comprehensive High School. Bids remain valid for 90 days. Bidders must provide geo-tagged photographs before, during, and after work execution.
