The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Institute of Trauma in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the comprehensive operation, running, repair, and maintenance of its critical facility infrastructure. The extensive scope of work includes the management of electrical systems, power generation units, and the complex Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems integrated with the Building Management System (BMS). Additionally, the contract covers general building maintenance, including civil works, plumbing, Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, and gas boiler operations to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 medical services. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, hold valid Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, and demonstrate significant experience in maintaining large-scale healthcare or specialized institutional facilities. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through the SPPRA E-PADS portal, while a hard copy of the bid security must be submitted to the Planning and Procurement Department at the SMBB Institute of Trauma by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026."
