The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation in Peshawar invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the outsourcing and provision of CT Scan and MRI diagnostic services at various district headquarters (DHQ) hospitals across the province, including Lower Dir, Kohat, Swat, and Buner. This initiative, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework, aims to enhance healthcare coverage and quality by ensuring high-end diagnostic imaging is available within public sector facilities. The scope involves the installation, operation, and maintenance of 128-slice CT Scanners and 1.5 Tesla MRI machines to reduce patient referrals and out-of-pocket expenses. Bidders must follow the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system by 2:30 PM on 15 May 2026."
