Description / Scope of Work
The National College of Arts (NCA), Lahore, Punjab is inviting sealed electronic bids for the procurement of dry and wet batteries under reference P99382 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/99382. All interested vendors must register on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows national competitive bidding procedures and is open to vendors meeting the standard eligibility requirements under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
