For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a three-year recurring framework agreement for MT supplies and vehicle repair services across NHMP's Balochistan operations.
The scope is broad, covering consumables (tyres, batteries, filters, lubricants) and workshop maintenance. Prequalification is mandatory before bidding, suggesting moderate procurement complexity. The Rs 15,000 security deposit is modest relative to typical framework contracts. The extended timeline (three years) offers stable revenue for qualified suppliers, but the simultaneous need to serve geographically dispersed sectors in challenging terrain may favour experienced, well-equipped workshops. Least-cost selection means competitive pricing will be critical.
Who can bid: National applicants only. Bidders must meet published qualification criteria detailed in Section III of the procurement documents. Typically, suppliers in this category require valid NTN registration, relevant business registration with SECP or provincial authorities, and proof of technical capability. No specific PEC registration mentioned. Bidders seeking to supply multiple categories must submit separate prequalification documents and security deposits for each.
