Heavy Industries Taxila, Heavy Rebuild Factory in Taxila Cantonment, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of comprehensive office stationery and related equipment. The tender covers 74 line items including computer paper in multiple sizes and weights, writing instruments (gel pens, ball point pens, pencils, highlighters), adhesive materials (glue sticks, gum bottles, scotch tape), office supplies (registers of various sizes, envelopes in khaki and white, drafting pads, stamp pads, ink bottles), filing and binding equipment (file binders, binder clips, binding tape), desk accessories (pen holders, pencil trays, scissors, paper cutters, calculators, chit stands), and cleaning materials (PC shiner). Bidders must submit technical quotation in Part-I without price and commercial quotation in Part-II with price in separate sealed envelopes. A postal order for Rs. 1,000 in favour of the Managing Director (HRF), HIT Taxila Cantonment, must accompany the technical offer. All papers must be signed and stamped. Over-writing or cutting in quotations is not permitted. Quotations must clearly indicate items quoted and items not quoted. Standard terms and conditions of the tender inquiry are deemed accepted by all bidding firms regardless of whether reference is made in their offers.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender inquiry number and complete address, delivered to Heavy Rebuild Factory Gate No. 1 to place in the bid box. Submission deadline is 1030 hours on 17 September 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1100 hours the same day in the presence of available firm representatives.
