For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PCP is procuring multiple grades of white offset paper and art card for operational use.
The procurement spans three distinct specifications, suggesting institutional printing requirements at scale. This is a national competitive bid using LCBS methodology, indicating cost will be the primary evaluation factor. Bidders must be EPADS-registered and provide bid security. The tight bid submission window (less than three weeks from notice date) and electronic-only submission through EPADS platform means preparation and portal readiness are critical. Apparent recurrence based on institutional nature suggests potential for future similar contracts.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not specify PEC category, NTN or SECP registration requirements explicitly. Typically, suppliers of paper and printing materials to federal agencies require valid NTN registration, active business registration, and proof of financial capacity. Bidders must provide bid security as specified and execute an integrity pact as a condition of contract award.
