The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the outsourcing of hospital management services at Cat-D Hospital Toi Khula, District South Waziristan through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. This strategic initiative aims to enhance the quality and coverage of healthcare delivery in remote areas by leveraging private sector efficiency, accountability, and management expertise. The scope of work includes the comprehensive management and operation of clinical and non-clinical services at the facility to improve community access to essential health packages. Eligible bidders, including Joint Ventures and Consortia, must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and possess a proven track record in healthcare management. The procurement follows a Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
