For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a framework contract for electric items at a provincial hospital, valid through June 2027 with potential annual renewal. The procurement allows bidders to quote selectively for items within categories they choose, reducing entry barriers. The PKR 50,000 bid security and structured e-procurement process suggest moderate contract value. Bidders should note strict documentation requirements, brand specification mandates, and tight timelines (clarification deadline 10 Aug, bid closing 17 Aug 2026). Framework status indicates recurring purchases, making this suitable for established electrical suppliers with proven compliance capability.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders are manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, or general order suppliers of electric items. The notice does not specify NTN or PEC registration explicitly, but typical procurement by provincial hospitals requires vendors to be registered with tax authorities and have valid business registration. Bidders must demonstrate capability to supply branded items meeting hospital specifications and comply with all documentation requirements outlined.
