Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Directorate of Immunization (FDI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Td-20 vaccines for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This is a national procurement of pharmaceutical goods conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement will be managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and will employ a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The tender reference number is P15899 and bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal for registered bidders. The procurement aims to secure vaccines for the national immunization program for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
