FDI is procuring BCG-20 vaccines for 2026-2027 via national competitive bidding through EPADS.
This is a goods contract for a critical immunization supply, likely representing substantial annual volume given national health program scope. The procurement uses least-cost selection, signalling price competition will be intense. Bidders must be EPADS-registered and able to supply pharmaceutical products meeting government standards. The tight September 24 deadline allows limited preparation time.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Typically, vaccine suppliers require PEC registration (if applicable to manufacturing/import), NTN from FBR, and provincial health authority approval or WHO prequalification status. The notice does not explicitly state these requirements; they are typically mandatory for pharmaceutical goods procurement at federal level.
