Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nankana Sahib invites open competitive bids from reputed contractors, firms and organizations for the execution of civil works during the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender encompasses 15 items including false ceiling work, wall painting, wood panelling, PVC wall sheets, wall party work, flooring, wooden doors, aluminium and glass partitions, gypsum board partitions, white washing, wall plaster and repair work, ceiling repair, floor repair and wooden shelves, and window glass replacement. All 15 items must be quoted as a single lot with evaluation based on the lowest total aggregate price for the complete lot. The procurement will be conducted through the PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portal in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income and Sales Tax purposes with an active taxpayer profile. Firms and organizations must possess valid Income Tax Registration with active status and Sales Tax Registration with the FBR. Bidders are required to submit a bank statement for the previous financial year 2025-26 showing minimum credit turnover of at least Rs. 2.5 million, along with an undertaking on 300 Rupees non-judicial stamp paper that the participating company is not blacklisted by any Government entity. The technical proposal must include bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
Bidding documents are available online through the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the PUNJAB E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portal at ep.punjab.gov.pk, or can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner during office hours. Firms must submit bids electronically on the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portal by 12:00 P.M. on or before 19-09-2026, with manual bids not accepted. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website. Upon contract award, the successful bidder must deposit performance guarantee at 5% of the total contract value. All applicable taxes and duties must be included in the quoted rates, with payment made only through crossed cheque after work completion. The rate must remain valid until 30 June 2027, and the contractor is bound to execute works as and when required during the financial year 2026-27.
