Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) in Karachi, Sindh, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the supply, delivery, and installation of IT equipment. The procurement is divided into four distinct lots: Lot 1 for 50 Laptops, Lot 2 for 3 Heavy Duty Printers, Lot 3 for 5 Duplex Network Black/White Printers, and Lot 4 for 2 All-in-One Black/White Printers. Bidders have the flexibility to bid for any individual lot or a combination of all lots. This initiative aims to enhance the operational efficiency of the board's headquarters at the Shaheen Complex. Interested firms must follow the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via E-PADS by 3:00 PM on 12 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 3:30 PM on the same day. All equipment must include comprehensive warranty support and configuration as per the board's technical requirements."
