The Skills Development & Entrepreneurship Department (SD&ED) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of IT equipment, plant, and machinery under a framework contract for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of procurement includes a wide array of technical assets such as high-performance laptops, desktop computers, printers, and scanners, alongside specialized plant machinery including double-door inverter refrigerators with 480-liter capacities. Bidders are required to quote for complete lots and may participate in one or more lots as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and possess the technical capacity to supply reputable international brands. The bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, and technical proposals must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) portal. Interested suppliers must ensure all samples, where required, are ready for evaluation upon request. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026."
