Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for multiple development projects under the 'Uplifting Beautification Activities in central districts of KP' (ADP No 941/251118). The scope of work includes beautification activities and the installation of solar lights across Tehsil Katlang, Tehsil Rustam, and Tehsil Garhi Kapura. These projects are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non-MRS items. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the centralized policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure conducted through the EPADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with a required 2% earnest money of the estimated cost for each respective work."
