Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for the re-carpeting of roads in J Block, Model Town Lahore under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. This civil infrastructure project is open to contracting firms having valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The work involves road resurfacing in a designated residential block within Lahore, Punjab, and represents a significant maintenance undertaking for the society's road network infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must possess valid enlistment status with Model Town Society to qualify for this tender. The bidding process follows a single stage single envelope procedure, requiring submission of sealed bids containing all necessary commercial and technical information. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Bidders are advised that the Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned. Sealed bids must be delivered before 1:00 PM on 22 September 2026 at the address specified by the society. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives.
