The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Small Industries Development Board (SIDB) in Peshawar, KPK, invites Request for Proposals (RFP) through the EPADS portal to hire a consultancy firm for Third Party Validation and Impact Assessment. This mid-term evaluation focuses on the 'Interest Free Microfinance Scheme For Entrepreneurs in Merged Areas Of KP' to measure its socio-economic impact and procedural effectiveness. The selection will be conducted under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method with a 70:30 weightage for technical and financial scores respectively. Eligible consultancy firms must be registered with KPRA and FBR with an active status and must also be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 is required for participation. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be uploaded via EPADS by 14 May 2026, and a pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 07 May 2026 to address technical queries."
