Procurement of Vaccines & Medicines for Animals and Birds

The Office of the Deputy Director Wildlife & Fisheries in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites sealed bids for the procurement of vaccines and medicines for animals and birds. This tender is part of the PSDP project 'Upscaling of Green Pakistan Programme Phase-I (Revised)' for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible bidders, including firms, manufacturers, authorized distributors, and registered suppliers, must submit their proposals under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. A bid security of PKR 70,000 in the form of a call deposit is required. Tender forms can be obtained from the District Office Complex until 07 May 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the closing date, with the opening scheduled for 1:00 PM the same day. All supplies must be delivered to the Wildlife Office Tandali as per departmental directions."
