A consulting firm is being sought to manage design, drawings, cost estimation and construction supervision for modernising 20 workers' welfare schools across KP with IT infrastructure, smart classrooms and interactive boards.
The Rs. 385 million project spans eight months total: two months design/PC-I, one month tender preparation, and five months site supervision. This is a one-time engagement requiring demonstrated expertise in educational infrastructure modernisation, IT systems integration, and school renovation supervision. Tight timeline and multi-site coordination across dispersed districts present execution risk.
Who can bid: The RFP does not explicitly state PEC category, SECP registration, NTN or specific professional qualifications required. Typically, consultancy firms undertaking educational infrastructure projects in Pakistan require SECP registration, valid NTN, relevant experience with government clients, and qualified staff (engineers, architects, cost estimators) holding recognised professional credentials.
