Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites competitive bids for the provision of light towers on rental basis for cricket stadiums across Pakistan for a one-year contract period commencing September 2026 and concluding August 2027. This non-consultancy services procurement has been allocated funds under the FY 2026-27 budget and will be executed in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement covers equipment supply and operational support for lighting infrastructure at multiple cricket venues operated by the PCB, enabling day-night matches and training activities. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using open competitive bidding methodology with least-cost based selection technique to ensure transparency and value for money.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with all technical specifications and contractual requirements detailed in the e-bidding documents. The Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 to address any disputes or complaints during the procurement process.

Prospective bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ if not already registered. Electronic bids prepared according to bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
