The Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) in Peshawar, KPK, invites sealed electronic bids via the EPADS system for the annual procurement of hospital support items across four lots: stationery, printing services, medical/non-medical consumables, and bedding/clothing. Bidders must be registered with the FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax), appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered on the EPADS portal. Bid security amounts range from PKR 100,000 to PKR 300,000. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with original bid security documents delivered to the Manager Material Management office at the OPD Building in Peshawar. The process follows the KP-PPRA Act and Rules."
