Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) invites sealed bids for fabrication and procurement of equipment under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding system governed by PPRA Rules and DPPI-35. The tender comprises two separate items: fabrication of arm badges and accessories for PMSA distinctive uniforms (1,000 anchor POs and 2,000 anchor leading badges), and procurement of auxiliary pumps and component spares for PMSS Zhob including sea water cooling pump impeller, mechanical seals, pump shafts, motor bearings and related components. Work is located at PMSS Indus warehouse and PMSS Zhob vessel respectively in Sindh province. The first item requires delivery within 30 days of order issuance with one-year warranty; the second item procures critical marine spares for emergency operations at sea and harbour to support refrigeration, shaft astern seal, and fin-stabilizer cooling systems. All bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees including General Sales Tax at 18 percent on goods and Sindh Sales Tax at 15 percent on services rendered.
