Description / Scope of Work
The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of TIN containers with plastic caps made of polypropylene or high-density polyethylene, fitted with wire seals and unique identity numbers to ensure tamper-proof sealing and traceability. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted in Karachi, Sindh Province. The project aims to acquire goods that meet stringent security and traceability standards, with procurement reference P101695.
