Description / Scope of Work
All Individuals, Companies and Joint Ventures complying with
criteria given in this document are eligible for this tender, here-in-after referred
to as Bidders. Bidders must ensure that they have submitted all the legible
required documents indicated in the Bid Documents without fail. Bids received
without undertakings, valid documentary evidence and supporting documents
and the manner for the various requirements mentioned in the bidding
document, are liable to be rejected at the initial stage. The Bidders are
required to read the Bid Documents and applicable laws and submit any
objection thereof in writing failing which no objection shall be entertained
regarding the terms and conditions of the Bid Documents and the Bid Process
at the later stage. The potential bus transporters will be selected according to
the evaluation and selection criteria specified in this document. This bidding
process will be governed by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of
2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended) from time to time.
