Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore invites sealed bids for a framework contract to procure general store items for the financial year 2026–2027. This is a recurring annual procurement covering miscellaneous supplies required for hospital operations. The contract is expected to cover a range of consumable and non-consumable general store merchandise to support the hospital's daily functioning throughout the fiscal year. The procurement is limited to eligible suppliers meeting the hospital's qualification and registration requirements, with bids to be evaluated on technical conformity and financial competitiveness.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and meet the general qualification criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to furnish a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. All suppliers must demonstrate their eligibility through submission of required documentation including manufacturer authorisation forms, business registration certificates, and tax compliance records. Non-compliant bids or bids from ineligible suppliers will be rejected without further consideration.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the hospital's procurement office. Sealed bids must be deposited by 10:00 AM on 22 September 2026, and bids will be opened publicly at 10:30 AM on the same date.
