For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Wah Industries is seeking suppliers for miscellaneous oils with a straightforward tender process.

The procurement is local/foreign and requires formal bid security of Rs. 200,000 plus Rs. 2,500 tender fee from agent-based bidders. Timeline is tight—submissions close 07-10-2026. Payment via Letter of Credit with 10% performance guarantee retention suggests medium-scale contract value. Excise and Taxation clearance certificate is mandatory; lack of it triggers automatic rejection. This appears to be regular operational procurement rather than one-off, given the routine nature of oil supply contracts.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered suppliers capable of supplying miscellaneous oils to industrial specifications. Local firms submitting through agents must provide Original Proforma Invoices from principals and Bid Money/Tender fee as Pay Order. All bidders must furnish a current certificate from Excise and Taxation Department confirming clearance of professional taxes. Registration with relevant tax authorities (typically NTN/FBR for Pakistani suppliers) is typically required. Foreign suppliers may bid directly; local agents must have documented authority from manufacturers.
