Tenancy of land for setting up a Funland / Sky Park

Grace Period: A 60-day (2-month) rent-free period is granted for construction/setup, which is strictly non-extendable. Contract Tenure: The initial contract lasts for 1 year (12 months) starting immediately after the grace period. Total Term & Escalation: The contract is extendable annually upon mutual agreement up to a total term of 10 years, subject to a 10% annual rent increase. Bidding Method: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure (Technical and Financial proposals submitted in sealed separate envelopes within one main envelope).
