Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works (C&W) Division Battagram, KPK, invites sealed re-tenders for major infrastructure development under the Accelerated Sustainable Development program. The project is divided into two packages: Package-I includes the construction of PCC roads, retaining walls, breast walls, and culverts at various locations in Tehsil Battagram and Allai, with an estimated cost of 50.00 Million PKR. Package-II covers similar infrastructure works across various Union Councils of Battagram with an estimated cost of 47.00 Million PKR. Bidding is conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS system. Eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC in category C-5, C-6 or above with specialized codes CE01 and CE10, and must be enlisted with the C&W Department and KPRA. A 2% bid security and a 0.03% bidding entry fee are required. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026."
