This is a drainage infrastructure contract for 875 linear feet on a district road in Sialkot. The project appears modest in scope, typical of routine road maintenance work. Bidders must maintain current PEC registration and navigate digital tendering exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The tight closing timeline (August 2026) and mandatory 5% bid security requirement are standard. This appears to be a one-off infrastructure improvement rather than a framework or recurring contract. Local contractors familiar with Sialkot district conditions and digital procurement systems will have an operational advantage.
Who can bid: Contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category and codes with renewed licenses for FY 2026-27. Registration on Punjab PPRA website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory. Only firms or individuals meeting these statutory requirements can participate; typically, NTN registration and SECP compliance are also expected for corporate bidders.
