Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PWD Highway Division-II Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites electronic bids for multiple road infrastructure projects including the improvement, reconditioning, and black-topping of Link Road Chaffot Mohallah Irfan to Nagaal Bridge (0.5 Km) and other vital links in District Kotli. These works, estimated between PKR 10.990 million and PKR 11.356 million, require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-6 or C-5 and above. The procurement is conducted through the AJK PPRA e-Bidding system. Bidders must upload their technical profiles in PDF format and submit hard copies of complete bidding documents within 48 hours of the bid opening. Bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on 11 May 2026, with a required bid security ranging from PKR 220,000 to PKR 228,000. The project completion period is 24 months."
