The Highway Division Kotli, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the construction, improvement, and black topping of the Link Road Bidhara, spanning a total length of 5km within District Kotli. The project scope includes comprehensive earthwork, sub-base and base course preparation, and high-quality asphalt surfacing to enhance rural connectivity and transport efficiency. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of the road, including necessary drainage works and shoulder improvements as per standardized engineering specifications. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and maintain active status on the AJ&K PPRA and relevant tax portals. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals, including a valid bid security of PKR 255,000, through the e-bidding dashboard by 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026."
