Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Muzaffarabad, Communication & Works Department of AJ&K, invites electronic bids for the maintenance of city infrastructure. The project involves patch work for internal city roads on both the Right Bank and Left Bank of Muzaffarabad. Lot 1 (Right Bank) has an estimated cost of 5.619 Million PKR with a bid security of 0.168 Million PKR. Lot 2 (Left Bank) has an estimated cost of 4.542 Million PKR with a bid security of 0.136 Million PKR. The work is funded through the normal budget and must be completed within one month. Eligible contractors must be licensed by the PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE-01 and have active endorsement with C&W AJ&K for FY 2025-26. Bidding is conducted under a Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System. Bids must be submitted through the E-Bidding dashboard by 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026, followed by the submission of hard copies within 48 hours."
