Description / Scope of Work
Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat invites electronic bids for the procurement of manual laboratory kits, chemical reagents and related items for the financial year 2026-2027. This retender is issued under Single Stage–Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The procurement is for general store items required by the hospital's laboratory department located in Gujrat, Punjab. Bidders must obtain registration on the e-Procurement platform and are encouraged to download the complete bidding document containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.
All eligible bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of articles and items in the form of a Certified Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made payable to Medical Superintendent Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat. The original bid security must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline. Prospective bidders will be evaluated technically against knock down criteria specified in the bidding document, and only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial evaluation.
Electronic bids must be submitted online at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 26 September 2026 at 11:00 Hours, with opening scheduled for 11:30 Hours the same day. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Late bids will be rejected and hard copies of e-bids are not required. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Department of Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat during working hours before the bid opening date.
