Description / Scope of Work
The Hydrocarbon Development Institute of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of Mylar Thin Film Sheets, Mylar Thin Film Rolls and Sampling Cups under reference P114385 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement conducted on a national basis through the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is being advertised on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform and is open to all eligible registered bidders seeking to supply these specialized materials.
All bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
