Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI) invites sealed electronic bids via the EPADS system for the supply of various hospital essentials for the fiscal year. The procurement includes four distinct lots: Stationery Items (Bid Security: PKR 150,000), Printing services for the hospital (Bid Security: PKR 300,000), Medical and Non-Medical items (Bid Security: PKR 300,000), and Bedding & Clothing (Bid Security: PKR 100,000). Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income and Sales Tax, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and be registered with EPADS. A Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be followed. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online, and the original bid security must reach the Manager of Material Management by 12 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day."
