For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This tender procures IT equipment (computers, chairs, tables) for a new computer laboratory in a remote location (Tharparkar).
The scale appears modest but the geographical placement in an underserved area suggests institutional commitment. Eligibility requires three years continuous experience and Rs 8 million annual turnover—moderate barriers. The submission deadline is tight (15 days from 9 September) and bids must be digital only; bidders unfamiliar with EPADS should prepare early. This is a one-off infrastructure project, not recurring.
Who can bid: Bidders must have three years continuous verifiable experience in computer/IT equipment supply, minimum Rs 8 million annual turnover verified via FBR tax returns, valid GST/SRB registrations with Active taxpayer status, and an original non-judicial affidavit (Rs 100+) confirming no litigation, blacklisting or corrupt practices. Typically, IT equipment suppliers require no PEC but must be registered with FBR and relevant trade bodies.
