The Horticultural Research Institute under the Ayub Agricultural Research Institute, Faisalabad, is inviting national competitive e-bids for a Frame Work Contract covering the purchase of IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement falls under the ADP project for Establishment of Horticulture Research Center Pattoki and includes three categories of IT equipment: laptops, computers with accessories including printers, and audio-visual systems. Bidders who have been barred, disqualified, or blacklisted by any government department, agency, or authority are ineligible, and must submit an affidavit on stamp paper amounting to PKR 100 confirming their eligibility status.
