Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO), acting on behalf of the Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) of the Government of Pakistan, invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and supply and installation of 04 Core x 240 mm2 Electrical Cable at Faqir Plaza, 06 Chatterjee Road, Urdu Bazar, Lahore. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender floated through PPRA/ePADS V2.00 under Reference No. P112585 with an estimated bid value range starting from PKR 150,000 as a Bid Security deposit. The tender is open to eligible and qualified bidders meeting prescribed criteria and competencies. Prospective bidders can obtain full bidding documents online from www.epads.gov.pk by paying a non-refundable Bid Fee of Rs. 2,500 deposited in favor of PRIMACO via PO/Call Deposit.
Interested bidders must fulfill all eligibility requirements including complete company credentials with current commitments and assignments supported by verifiable documents, valid SECP registration or firm registration status, valid income tax and sales tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at the time of bid submission. Bidders are required to submit an original and valid affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 duly verified, confirming no litigation with any government or autonomous body, and must meet the specialized code EE-04 as per Bidders' Qualification Criteria specified in the Bid Data Sheet clause 13.3(b). Bid Security of PKR 150,000 must be provided as a Deposit at Call or Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and ePADS V2.00 (https://ppa.epads.gov.pk) and PRIMACO's website (www.primaco.com.pk). The procurement documents were uploaded on 08 September 2026, with the Bid Submission deadline on 24 September 2026 at 1400 hours and Bid Opening scheduled for 24 September 2026 at 1430 hours on ePADS V2.00. Bids opened late, incomplete, or conditional will not be accepted. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules and Regulations.
