Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of 400 grilled-type reversible plastic pallets for palletized handling of cartons and drums at PSO Lubricant Warehouse Kotlakhpat, Lahore, Sindh. The pallets must be manufactured from 100% virgin HDPE fire-retarding material with anti-slip rubber grommets, measuring 1100 mm × 1100 mm × 150 mm, weight 31–32 kg each, green colour (Pantone 355C), capable of supporting 6 metric tonnes static load and 2 metric tonnes dynamic load. Delivery is required within 120 days of purchase order issuance. The RFQ number is LT-19985IA dated 09.09.2026, with quotations closing on 25.09.2026 at 2:15 PM.
Bidders must submit technical brochures, mill performance test certificates (static compression, bending strength, bottom deck, block impact, fork impact, and corner drop tests) conforming to ASTM/ANSI/UL/NFPA standards, and evidence of brand-new product sourcing. A bid security of Rs 250,000 is mandatory. Suppliers must arrange independent third-party inspection approved by PSO and submit a 10% security deposit to ensure one-year warranty coverage with free replacement of damaged pallets. Prices must be quoted on FOR basis and include all taxes, transportation, labour, and workmanship charges.
