For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WIL is procuring miscellaneous items (materials and/or plant/machinery) to be delivered to a POF facility in Punjab.
The tender shows standard commercial structure with modest bid security (Rs. 0.03 Mn) and a non-refundable fee, suggesting small to medium procurement value. The requirement for an Excise and Taxation clearance certificate is mandatory; offers without it face automatic rejection. Plant and machinery bids must be submitted in two sealed parts (technical without price, commercial with price). Tight compliance to specification and sample requirements is expected.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered for taxation purposes and hold a valid Excise and Taxation Department clearance certificate confirming payment of all professional tax. Established and reputable firms with a history of satisfactory supply of similar items or acceptable previous samples may be exempt from submitting a tender sample. Typically, suppliers should hold NTN registration and be compliant with Federal Board of Revenue requirements.
