For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a multi-lot furniture procurement spanning seven distinct contracts with estimated values from PKR 1.6M to PKR 7.5M.
Works include unit furniture provision, maintenance material supply and repair services for Garrison HQ Rawalpindi over two to twelve month periods. Bidders must already be on approved contractor lists—this effectively restricts competition to established firms with prior government relations and documented furniture delivery history. The tight closing date (05 Oct 2026) and requirement for treasury challan suggest this is routine annual garrison refresh rather than emergency procurement.
Who can bid: Contractors must be on the approved list of OMG Formation and Garrison Commander. Applicants typically require SECP registration, valid NTN, and documented proof of furniture work completion for the prior two years. Preference given to firms with broad-based furniture manufacturing capability registered with central, provincial, PWD or Railway authorities.
