Wah Industries Limited, operating Wah Brass Mill as a production unit, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of Sieves, Crucible 360 Number and Refractory Items, totalling 10 items as per specifications detailed in the Schedule of Tender. The tender is issued under reference 09-LP-SIEVES, CRUCIBLE 360 NO & REFRACTORY ITEMS -PUR-WBM-2026-27 dated 09-09-2026. Tender will be opened at 1130 hours on 07-10-2026 (Wednesday) at POF's Bid Centre (Room No. 02), Behind Rabta Hall, POF, Wah Cantt, Punjab. Quotations must be submitted using a single stage two envelope method: Part I (Technical Offer) containing technical details, validity date, delivery schedule and signed undertaking; and Part II (Commercial Offer) containing price, terms of payment and mode of supply. Each envelope must be clearly marked and sealed separately. Only locally registered suppliers eligible to participate; sales tax registration mandatory.
Bidders must accompany technical offers with non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 100,000 in the form of Pay Orders issued from scheduled banks. State owned organizations are exempted from providing bid money. Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from tender opening and shall be quoted on free delivery basis at Wah Brass Mill, Quaid Avenue (adjacent to POF Main Gate), Wah Cantt. Suppliers must furnish Sales Tax Invoice and Professional Tax Clearance Certificate. The technically qualified and commercially lowest bidder will be required to submit a sample for approval; sample rejection leads to bid money forfeiture. Performance Guarantee at 10 percent of contract value in form of Pay Order must be submitted prior to contract placement.
Sealed quotations must reach POF Bids Centre via airmail or courier before 1100 hours on 07-10-2026; hand-delivered bids must arrive 30 minutes before opening. Inspection of supplies will be conducted at purchaser's premises (WBM, Wah Cantt) under authority of CTO-WIL and Q.C. WBM. Payment is 100 percent upon receipt and acceptance of stores; partial supply and payment permitted. Rejected stores will be replaced at supplier's expense within specified timeframe.
