For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WAPDA seeks medical equipment procurement for a 10-bed ICU facility at a remote hospital in Chilas, supporting the Decade of Dams infrastructure push.
This is a specialized healthcare equipment tender with modest scale but strategic importance for post-dam community services. Single-stage LCBS procurement suggests standardized equipment specs; bidders should verify technical requirements carefully given the facility's location and likely supply chain challenges to Gilgit-Baltistan. Non-recurring, FY2026-27 funded project.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 platform (mandatory); no PEC category specified as non-construction. Typically, suppliers require valid NTN, SECP registration (for companies), and FPCCI/chamber membership. WAPDA experience preferred but not explicitly stated. Sole proprietors and registered firms eligible if EPADS-compliant.
