The Directorate of Social Security, Sargodha (Medical Wing) invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply printing and stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated contract value is PKR 9,00,000 on free delivery to consignee basis. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The contract covers directorate printing and stationery requirements for the Social Security Directorate located on Lahore Road near Bypass Chowk, Sargodha, in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be financially sound, registered for income tax and sales tax, and registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price (PKR 18,000). Publishers, printing press owners, manufacturers, and authorized distributors with established credentials in financial, technical, and managerial capabilities are invited to participate. Performance security of up to 5% of the awarded contract value will be required from the successful bidder. All prices must be quoted inclusive of applicable government taxes.
