Three civil works tenders totalling approximately Rs 50 million across Gujranwala district, ranging from graveyard boundary walls to drainage channel construction.
All three are independent packages; the largest is Rs 25 million. Bidders must be PEC-registered and E-PADS-enrolled; electronic submission mandatory by 28 September 2026. Notably, the notice warns that bids below 4.99% of estimate trigger additional performance security deposit—a strong signal the authority expects realistic pricing. One-off projects with completion timelines to be set by work order.
Who can bid: Registered contractors on Punjab E-Procurement System (E-PADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category required. Typically, construction contractors must hold valid PEC registration, valid NTN/SECP status, and enrolment on E-PADS. No joint venture or sub-contracting restrictions are explicitly stated. Forged documents or false bid security result in legal action.
