Shifa Foundation seeks an environmental lab for lead analysis across multiple matrices (water, soil, paint, ceramics, cosmetics, dust, spices) from community exposure assessments in Rawalpindi.
This is a need-based purchase order arrangement (not fixed volume) spanning Sep–Nov 2026, implying variable demand tied to field sampling completion. Scale appears small-to-medium but pricing structure is critical since rates must be locked for four weeks and payment cycles are extended (20 working days post-invoice). The non-profit client likely has constrained budgets; competitive per-sample or batch rates will be decisive.
Who can bid: Bidders must be established environmental testing laboratories with accreditations and certifications for heavy metal analysis across multiple sample matrices. NTN/ITN required for invoicing. No PEC category applicable (non-construction). Typically, ISO 17025 accreditation or equivalent environmental lab certification expected, though not explicitly stated.
