This is a one-off security services contract for a rapid transit facility (ZBC Chamkani) operated by the Peshawar urban mobility authority.
Scale appears medium to large given the infrastructure asset. Key constraint: strict compliance with FBR/KPRA tax registration required; bidders must verify ATL listing before proposal submission. The pre-bid meeting on 16 September is strongly recommended. Submission deadline is tight at 28 September 2026.
Who can bid: Bidders must be Active Tax Payers on the FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL) and KPRA list. Registration with SECP (if company) or NTN (if individual/sole proprietor) is typically required for government contracts in KPK. No specific security industry license mentioned, but bidders should verify compliance with KPK Police and relevant regulatory bodies.
